CO₂ is essential. It carbonates beverages, chills food, welds steel, and preserves pharmaceuticals. Every one of those industries depends on a continuous, reliable supply, and that supply is under increasing strain.
Most commercial CO₂ is a byproduct of industrial processes: ammonia production, ethanol fermentation, natural gas processing. When those industries slow down, CO₂ supply tightens. The 2022 CO₂ shortage disrupted food production and beverage distribution across the country, highlighting the need for new domestic sources.
Demand continues to grow while traditional supply remains geographically concentrated. CleanCycleCarbon is adding new domestic CO₂ capacity by capturing emissions at industrial facilities and purifying them on-site, complementing existing sources and strengthening the overall supply chain.
CleanCycleCarbon captures CO₂ directly from industrial emissions sources and purifies it to the highest commercial standards. The result is FDA-registered, beverage-grade CO₂ supplied through distribution partners to food, beverage, and industrial end users.
Our technology deploys on-site at industrial facilities that emit CO₂ as part of their operations. We convert what would be a waste stream into a high-value product. The host facility benefits. The environment benefits. The buyer gets a local, reliable source they can count on.
This is not a pilot program. It is not a research project. The first CleanCycleCarbon facility is operational today in Lewiston, North Carolina, and additional projects are in active development.

Proprietary Technology
CleanCycleCarbon developed a cryogenic CO₂ purification process entirely in-house. The technology captures raw CO₂ from industrial emissions and purifies it to food-grade and beverage-grade specifications through a proprietary low-temperature process.
The process is modular, scalable, and deployable across a wide range of feedstock types. A patent application is filed. The IP belongs to CleanCycleCarbon.

CleanCycleCarbon's first facility operates at the Perdue Farms campus in Lewiston, North Carolina. The plant captures CO₂ from the facility's operations and purifies it to FDA-registered, beverage-grade quality at commercial scale.
This is a working plant. It produces real product. It supplies real buyers. Lewiston proved the technology works at scale and established CleanCycleCarbon as an operational CO₂ supplier, not a concept.
CleanCycleCarbon is actively developing additional capture projects across multiple feedstock types and geographies. Each project applies the same proven, patent-pending technology that powers the Lewiston facility.
We are not in the idea phase. We are in the execution phase.

CleanCycleCarbon captures CO₂ off the backend of renewable natural gas upgraders and purifies it to beverage grade. We operate one of only two facilities in the US doing this.
The supply chain is thin. A handful of ammonia plants, some ethanol facilities, a few natural gas processors. When one goes down, prices spike and allocations get cut.
We celebrated, then got back to work. Because hitting the spec once is a milestone. Hitting it every day is the business.
