The Lewiston Facility

CleanCycleCarbon's first commercial facility is located on the Perdue Farms campus in Lewiston, North Carolina. The plant was built to capture CO₂ from Perdue's processing operations and purify it using CleanCycleCarbon's proprietary cryogenic process to FDA-registered, beverage-grade quality.

This is not a pilot or demonstration project. The Lewiston facility was built at commercial scale, and its certified CO₂ reached the supply chain through established distribution partners, serving food, beverage, and industrial end users across the Southeast.

Designed for continuous 24/7 running, the facility entered continuous commercial beverage grade production in December 2024. Beverage grade at 99.9 percent is the spec we certify to, and Lewiston is where that spec was first met at commercial scale.

What Lewiston Proves

Commercial scale works: The Lewiston plant was built to produce CO₂ at volumes that supply commercial buyers, not a lab demo, and it entered continuous commercial beverage grade production in December 2024.

The technology is proven: CleanCycleCarbon's cryogenic purification process was validated in continuous, real-world operating conditions at Lewiston.

The product is certified: Output was certified to FDA food-grade and beverage-grade registration requirements, and the CO₂ was sold into the commercial supply chain as a registered, traceable product.

The model is replicable: Lewiston is the first of many. The same technology and operating model are the basis for additional sites in development across the U.S.
